Please review these Operational Terms and Conditions ("Terms") thoroughly before requesting dispatches from the mechanicnearme24x7.com digital platform (the "Service") operated by MechanicNearMe24x7 ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Scope of Automotive Operations

MechanicNearMe24x7 specializes in on-demand, mobile auto mechanics and emergency roadside rescue strictly for four-wheeled vehicles ("Services") operating within the city limits of Bengaluru and Hyderabad. We do not process two-wheeler recovery requests. All dispatches are contingent upon unit availability and safe operating environments.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Supply highly accurate GPS coordinates or distinct landmark information to ensure rapid arrival.
• Verify that you are the legal owner or authorized operator of the vehicle requesting mechanical intervention.
• Maintain a safe, designated distance from the vehicle while active winching, lifting, or engine repairs are underway.

3. Billing and Quotation Architecture

A baseline dispatch and diagnostic fee will be communicated to you before a unit is deployed. If advanced repairs, new parts, or fluid replacements are deemed necessary on-site, a secondary quotation will be presented for your explicit approval prior to installation. We maintain a zero-hidden-fee policy.
